CSF 9th Annual Gala and Auction Will be a “Swanky Soiree”

The Community Services Foundation has set the date of Friday, October 3, 2008 for its Annual Gala and Auction. The theme for this year’s event is “Swanky Soiree”. It will be held at the Las Colinas Country Club at 4440 N. O’Connor Road in Irving, Texas. Many sponsorship opportunities will be available for ACCA members to purchase tables, individual tickets, advertising spots on the “Big Screen” and raffle tickets. Start getting into the spirit of this event now by:

• Donating tickets/suite to sporting events such as the Mavericks, Stars, Rangers, Cowboys, Rough Riders or other Texas sporting teams;
  
  
• Donating jerseys, sports memorabilia, autographed pictures, baseballs, footballs or other items;
  
  
• Keeping your eyes open for stores that are going out of business that might have quality items available that you could purchase and donate to CSF, such as electronics (flat screen TV’s, cam-corders, laptop computers, mobile phones, iPods, GPS), golf clubs, bags and accessories, artwork, and jewelry;
  
  
• Gifting airline miles and/or tickets to CSF that can be used to put together travel packages;
  
  
• Donating the use of a time-share in Las Vegas, Colorado, California or Florida;
  
  
• Donating a gift certificate for a weekend getaway;
  
  
• Providing CSF with the names of people that can be con-tacted to make donations of any of the above items or others that are not included in this list; and...
  
  
• Volunteering to serve on the Annual Gala & Auction committee.
